CBS Drawer-Type Iron Separator

I. Description

◇ The CBS-type drawer magnetic filter is mainly used in high-sensitivity applications such as food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, quartz sand, and ceramics. Its strong and wear-resistant casing is made of rust-proof stainless steel. All surfaces and weld joints are seamless and highly mirror-polished. Its strong magnetism can even remove ferromagnetic substances from flowing, dry, free-flowing, powdery, fine-grained materials (particle diameter < 6mm) and flaky materials.

◇ Installation position: Connected in series with the pipeline for free fall and vertical material conveying.

◇ Application industries: Food industry, chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, plastic industry, wood industry, recycling industry, packaging industry, as well as iron removal for all fine powder materials (10-500 meshes) such as quartz sand, potassium feldspar, mica, micro-powder, and fly ash.

◇ Standard caliber (mm): 80, 100, 120, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 450, 500. Customization is available according to the on-site requirements of customers.

◇ Iron discharge method: Manual removal.
