The RCDD Series Dry-Type Self-Discharging Electromagnetic Iron Removers are generally installed at the head and middle parts of belt conveyors. They attract the mixed ferromagnetic substances and then throw them out via the iron-discharging belt to achieve the purpose of automatic removal. This can effectively prevent the longitudinal cracking of the conveyor belt and ensure the normal operation of equipment such as crushers and grinders. Therefore, this series of iron removers is widely used in industries including electric power, mining, metallurgy, building materials, coal preparation, and chemical engineering.

The RCDD Series Self-Discharging Electromagnetic Iron Removers consist of two parts: the main body and the iron-discharging mechanism.

The magnetic circuit of the iron remover's main body is reasonably designed, featuring high magnetic field strength and deep magnetic penetration. Thus, it is suitable for iron removal in scenarios with thick material layers. Additionally, due to the adoption of a fully sealed mechanism and special process treatments such as vacuum drying during the manufacturing process, it can effectively prevent dust and harmful gases from corroding the coil.
