I. Overview
The CBG Fluid Pipeline Iron Remover is suitable for removing tiny ferromagnetic metal particles from various liquid and paste-like products. Its strong magnetism can even separate low-magnetic stainless steel particles from the flowing material. It is applicable to liquid and paste-like materials, and is mainly used in the food industry, chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, plastic industry, wood industry, recycling industry, packaging industry, as well as for iron removal from quartz sand, potassium feldspar, mica, micro-powder, fly ash, and other fine powder materials with a mesh size of 20-500.
II. Working Principle:
The CBG Fluid Pipeline Iron Remover consists of magnetic rods, which are made of high-quality seamless stainless steel tubes and rare-earth alloy neodymium-iron-boron through a special manufacturing process. These magnetic rods are installed in a main body constructed from high-quality seamless stainless steel tubes. The entire device is mounted in the conveying pipeline of the production line or at the discharge port using flanges. When the iron-containing liquid or slurry passes through, it is attracted by the magnetic rods, and the iron-containing substances are firmly adsorbed on the inner wall of the tube—this ensures the integrity of the equipment and the safety of the products.
III. Product Features:
This product uses rare-earth alloy neodymium-iron-boron as the magnetic source, featuring a long service life, no energy consumption, and no pollution. It has a simple structure and is easy to use. The magnetic system adopts a full grid arrangement, which allows full utilization of the strong magnetic area. With a multi-layer design, it realizes multi-stage filtration, achieving more thorough iron removal and more remarkable results.
IV. Surface Material:
There are two types of connection methods: Flange connection; Quick connector connection.
V. Installation Method:
It is connected in series horizontally or vertically with the material conveying pipeline.
Standard pipe diameter (mm): 50, 80, 100, 120, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 450, 500, etc. Non-standard pipe diameters can be customized according to customer requirements.
VI. Iron Discharge Method:
Manual removal.
