1、The CTS type downflow wet preconcentrator is suitable for the preconcentration and cleaning of coarse-grained strongly magnetic materials (with an ore particle size of 6~0mm) in wet separation processes, or for removing strongly magnetic minerals mixed in non-magnetic minerals.

2、This machine enables continuous ore feeding and discharging, featuring high magnetic field intensity, high magnetic field gradient, and a large working gap, thus achieving a high processing capacity. It can also operate in a multi-unit series configuration.

3、Its working principle is as follows: When the ore slurry enters the magnetic field area, the strongly magnetic minerals therein are adsorbed on the surface of the cylinder, while the weakly magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are washed away and discharged by water flow. The magnetic minerals adsorbed on the cylinder surface rotate with the cylinder, are carried out of the magnetic field area, and then flushed into the concentrate tank by washing water, thereby completing the separation process.

It has two structural types (left and right) based on the installation orientation.

Both the average value of magnetic induction intensity in the sweeping area and the maximum magnetic induction intensity value on the cylinder surface are determined according to the iron content of different minerals and different separation requirements.

Magnetic field intensity can be customized within the range of 1000GS to 7000GS.
