Product Overview

       The DCXJ Series Electromagnetic King Iron Remover is one of the iron removal equipment with the best iron removal effect in China currently. It adopts pure oil insulation combined with water circulation cooling and imported components. With a magnetic field strength of up to 30,000 GS, it has strong adsorption and capture capabilities. It can not only basically remove the mechanical iron generated during the raw material grinding process (with an iron removal effect of up to 98%), but also remove iron oxide (Fe₂O₃) in raw ores that is difficult to be removed by general permanent magnet iron removal equipment, achieving an excellent iron removal effect.

Raw materials enter the magnetic chamber through the feed inlet and undergo iron removal via 30 powerful magnetic-conducting chips. After iron removal, the materials flow out through the discharge outlet. Iron discharge is convenient and fast: simply turn off the power switch of the magnetic chamber to demagnetize the magnetic chips, and the ferromagnetic substances such as iron filings and iron powder adsorbed on the magnetic chips will instantly flow out through the iron discharge outlet, completing the entire iron removal process.
