CBX Rotary Iron Separator

It is mainly used to separate ferromagnetic impurities from materials that are prone to agglomeration or adhesion. The rotating magnetic rods driven by a motor can prevent material blockage, thereby ensuring that the materials can fully contact the high-strength magnetic rods during the flow process to achieve a higher iron removal standard.

◇ Installation Methods: Free fall, in-line installation in material conveying pipelines, and standalone use for bulk materials.

◇ Application Industries: Food industry, chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, plastic industry, recycling industry, packaging industry, as well as iron removal for quartz sand, potassium feldspar, mica, and all other fine powder materials with a particle size of 10-500 meshes.

◇ Its strong magnetism enables the removal of ferromagnetic substances from flowing, dry, and free-flowing materials in the form of powder, fine particles (particle diameter < 5mm), and thin flakes.
